Swansea City vs Southampton
Usually, this is the kind of match that has me switching over to watch anything random anywhere else in the world. Neither team is pleasing on the eye or, to be more blunt, any good. But the drama of it being a relegation playoff means it is too car-crash to not watch. A draw is the only thing that means West Bromwich Albion can take their survival bid into another day. A win for either side pretty much relegates the other so I have a sneaky feeling it might be quite a cagey affair. The only problem with that is, neither team can defend for toffee so who knows what might happen! Southampton have looked less bobbins than normal recently, whereas Swansea City’s performance curve is actually a straight line pointing downwards. But that will mean nothing tonight. Or it might mean everything.

Chelsea vs Huddersfield Town
You know what, they might you know. Chelsea are suddenly stringing together a decent run of form right when it matters whereas both Tottenham and Liverpool are running out of Premier League gas with the finishing line in sight. The bantz almost demands that Tottenham finish 4th and let Chelsea catch them. Huddersfield did very well against City to somewhat spoil their coronation but it would be one hell of a shock to see them do it again on Wednesday night.

Leicester City vs Arsenal
I wonder if Leicester will give Claude Puel the same ‘merci’ as Arsenal gave Arsene on Sunday? No, of course not but this will be Claude’s final home game in charge of Leicester City you mark my words. Arsenal will still be looking to finish the season in style because the pressure is now off, they have nothing to play for and as well all know, this is when the real Arsenal turn up.

Manchester City vs Brighton & Hove Albion
Chris Hughton has done incredibly well to keep Brighton in the Premier League and is already saying the right things about next season. Peppy G wants 100 points this season and that means sticking a load past Brighton at the Etihad. I just hope he lets Yaya start, what a guy.
Manchester City 4 – 0 Brighton & Hove Albion
Tottenham Hotspur vs Newcastle United
Newcastle have clearly clocked off for the season as their Premier League status has been assured. Tottenham are in the process of throwing away all they have done this season. Logic tells us that Newcastle are normally terrible in London, bar the rare amazing result. But there is that perennial question mark dangling over the mental strength of Spurs. Harry Kane is all over the place, Chelsea are hot on their tails. The comedy demands a Newcastle win, doesn’t it?

West Ham United vs Manchester United
West Ham are all but safe and Jose is using these last few Premier League matches to use as evidence against the players he wants to sell in the summer – yes, Anthony I am looking at you. And you, Matteo. And yeah, you Luke. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Hammers won this one, giving David Moyes the opportunity to relegate them next season.
